Heard on Wessex UK SDR, Korean isn't what you expect here so checked NY-local SDR for confirmation. Every 10 kHz increment 1610-1700 is open this evening, WPTX 1690 is the loudest but Radio Rebelde from Cuba is coming in pretty well too.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
