UnID 4850 Central Asian 0115 01 MAR 2024

On UK SDR (Wessex), very loud, pop/rock music in UnID language, can't be China which is in daylight but maybe central asian like Kazakh. M & W announcers 0128 but couldn't get any of it, kind of distorted. Time beeps 0200 ID Radio Televisza ?? so not a clandestine or pirate. My wild guess is one of the 'stans. Can be heard weakly on Delhi SDR @0208 which is entirely in daylight so I'm guessing Tajikistan. Russian language 0215 and less distorted but signal getting weaker, all of which is consistent with Tajikistan but should have disappeared by 0220 and it's still there just a little more staticky, so a mystery.

My confusion about this is that 0200 is mid-afternoon in Urumqi and the music was way edgier than what I have heard from PBS Xinjiang in the past, not to mention the distorted audio isn't their style.

Actually 0200 UT is 10:00 AM locally in Ürümqi, with their sunrise being about 8:45 AM.
