Male voice, audio test 1-2-3 and permutations of that, seems to be live not loop, good signal into Wessex SDR, "whistle whistle," clearly British, other voice said "all good" and OK OK, turns out to be conversation with Dutch station, UK call FT7UK, "73" at end and didn't get Dutch call but clearly not licensed.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

Yeah I thought it was prep for a broadcast but turned out not to be, I can't delete it but you can :)
