Birmingham Alabama Pirate or Part 15 that can be heard randomly on 1710 AM. It just went off air at 22:00 UTC but it's random on and off. ID: "You're listening to 1710 AM". It's receivable on the Birmingham Alabama SDR  day/nigh as well as SDR near Atlanta at night. It's been randomly active since I started monitoring the Birmingham Alabama SDR when WYDE 1260 AM went All Digital.
