Likely Indy Radio from Spain which is making it into eastern North America tonight, would be quite impressive to make it that far west but I can't think of what else it could be. You could try a European SDR to compare.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

Getting a tiny carrier here in Fort Smith @ 0409. No hope of pulling anything out.
