Actually tuning in at 1413 UTC, first transmission on this frequency for the A24 broadcast cycle. Good SIO 444 signal into Denver with what sounds like a futbol match, or at least the pregame portion of it.

Strange, as of 1457z there's no signal there, but there's a strong Spanish-language station at 17865 which isn't yet on any online schedule I know to check. (HFCC hasn't yet uploaded their a24 data on frequency allocation, which is weird.)

1500 The top of the hour passed without interruption on 17865, no time pips so it's not REE.

I believe 17865 is a weekend only transmission by Radio Martí at this hour.

That makes sense, but strangely Radio Martí doesn't list it on their a24 schedule (link below). There was mention of Cuba so I think that must be it.
