  M Ru reads groups of letters, it seems that he is inexperienced.
  My attention was drawn to the letter .Ч = CH, pronounced as tchełowiek at 44 sec.

- M Ru confirmation of receipt is illegible and communication has been terminated.
  In my opinion, this is communication between the headquarters (woman) and a subordinate military unit in their "Western European" area (maybe Kaliningrad district).
