2130 Steve Miller Abracadabra
2134 Moody Blues and then off mid song.
2137 Found it on 6875 USB Moody Blues Nights in White Satin
From the signal strength and spectrum maybe Mix Radio International
2147 Maybe French Language Male speaking into Euro Pop tune. Depeche Mode People are People
2150 Female voice ID as Mix Radio International
2248 Just ID as a relay of Radio 48 via MRI.  The signal is a killer with very nice audio.
