Music at 2253z. SIO 222 via Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical. Tough copy as it is competing with considerable static crashing from regional storms here.

Heard briefly at 2305 UTC with music until a man announcer spoke briefly at 2309 UTC. Poor signal.
