Radio Slovakia International QSL - 21 MAR

Another day, another QSL card  ;D. This in response to a reception report for a WRMI relay of the RSI English service, about a three week turn around.  An email preceded the card inviting me for a personal tour of the "inverted pyramid" if I am ever in Bratislava (I'm thinking about it).
