- Hello Brian! A mysterious event, maybe it will happen again?
This is an audio stream of some Polish local FM or Internet station. There are no BCS stations in the MW or HF bands in Poland. Polskie Radio Program 1 broadcasts on LW 225 kHz, but this is not their style.
I am not familiar with the announcer's voice and broadcast style from nationwide FM radio stations.
It's a pity that I didn't see this broadcast, which would have allowed me to conclude something about where the broadcast came from.
So far, only Radio Anthony broadcast from Poland on HF, but this is not their specific modulation or style of music.
- By the way, I will mention a technically interesting project from Poland last year.
One of the HFU reporters wrote that you can hear music on the SDR (probably located in Płońsk - the center of the country). I checked it and listened to other receivers in the environment.
The conclusion was clear - the program was transmitted with low power near the QTH of the receiver, or the audio signal was fed directly to the SDR. This interesting trick achieved "worldwide" coverage at a low cost. Unfortunately, only those in the know hear about it!
