1643 very weak, some music barely heard,
1650 fading up, pop-rock, sometimes talking in Sp,
1711 ID     ....
2107 now at its best level, music in Irish style (but Russian UT beeps),
2111 talking (low mod), then some rock

Music at 2347z, along with the beeps. SIO 222 via Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical. Rough copy, but it is there. Some band noise and static crashing, plus pekies on 6930 LSB.
