S9 signal Messed up modulation signal
1947 UTC S7 carrier low modulation. 
1955 UTC Modulation still too low to copy anything
2200 UTC Talking in distorted voice at very low level cant copy anything...

2148 UTC Now 6969 freq. Weird no clue what mode this is in not FM either

If I'm not mistaken 6969 is commonly used by Cold Country Canada in LSB mode
