About an S3 in Tulsa, signals kinda weak everywhere this evening,

Tuned in at 0010 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair S9-S9+10 signal, unusual pop music, shifted freq several times,

Big +20 over signal. However selective fade/phase distortion being exasperated here by the wide bandwidth.
 Would probably sound awesome with more stable conditions and less multi-path.
 SIO 555+.
 Not familiar with the EU music,....but still a nice backdrop on a raw, chilly eve.
