Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

 S5 to S7 on South Beverage.
 S9 on 75 foot Vertical but noisy on that antenna.
 Repeating song then into YL speaking about ?CIA? and Psy Ops.

 This solves a mystery I've been hearing all winter. This station used to transmit on 1710 every Saturday, but I never listened long enough to hear the programming. Wish I had.
2353 now reaching s9 on S. Beverage and s9+15 on vertical. Well above noise on both.
0000 Hitting s9 +40 on K1VL. Very good audio. Carrier freq. rock solid.

2317-0035 UTC per the SDR recording. SIO 333 at first, then getting stronger as it the Sun went down.

Any chance of an eQSL?  ;D
