 S8 with digital byproducts in the recording.
 Reminiscent of Iron Curtain broadcasts of the 70s? Or perhaps DMB sign on during early WW2. Can't tell yet.
 There was an ID by YL on this recording, but the Digital Byproducts and the general muffled audio made it hard to hear other than, "This is the Voice of ???".
 1213-Voice of North Korea recordings? Talk of DPRK.
 1232-Musical interlude. (Actually quite nice, in spite of the under-sampling aliasing.)
 1241-Back to YL commenting. (Sadly undecipherable due to the poor audio quality.)
 1243-Did catch something about song from 1946 or 47. However this seems unlikely due to presence of electric bass in the song.
 1251- Sudden OTA.
 1333- Was back on with much improved audio,.....Ri Chun Hee famed DPRK presenter speaking,......then suddenly OTA. (Again)

1248 tuned into NE Pennsylvania wed SDR (K3FEF) and I'd swear this is a relay of Voice of Korea.
