Good morning to you all. In Northern France, I picked up Radio Blue Panter at 19.11 U.T.C. playing dutch songs with accordion tune. Its signal was 5/12 LED with a SINPO of 45434. Off ! at 19.36 UTC. Good DX. B.L.
