LTO Radio 6925USB *0157-0255* 6Oct13
« on: October 06, 2013, 0214 UTC »
0157 Came on with AC/DC "Thunderstruck"
0202 Sounded like an OM with an ID "_____ Radio" ; can't make it out after many listens
0204 Hell's Bells for a bit
0205 off

S4 on an S3 floor

0217 Back on w/ Highway to Hell - now a hair better at S5
0222 "ID ID this is LTO Radio" repeated (thanks!), "Back in Black"
0226 LTO ID repeated twice
0227 "You are welcome jFarley" repeated twice, more AC/DC
0231 IDs, Shoot To Thrill
0238 Long Way to the Top

Now S6 peaks, some fades to floor, nice audio

0255 73s and shouts to listeners
0256 off

Thanks LTO!

Just barely hearing it @ 02:25.

Getting a little better momentarily @ 02:29.

And better still: something about "discovery of rare audio tapes..."  and some moaning @ 02:35

Now I hear clear ID for PPVR and better signal.  Don't know if it's the same as "LTO" or a very seamless transition.

02:56 Thanks for the mention, LTO (another seamless transition from PPVR to LTO just in time for sign off) "Very strange!"

S4 to S5 here, and heard "you are welcome, jfarley, you are welcome, jfarley" at 0225, and LTO ID at 0226.  Jfarley message repeated 0227.

Was nice, about s-9, then the signal took a dive after a couple of ac/dc tunes.   Barely audible now 0227z.

Thanks for the show!

LTO R. 0157 - 0205, 10/6/13. Several heavy metal songs, perhaps one indistinct ID, off

0217 "Highway to Hell"
Another indistinct ID.
In and out ... just coming back up at 0229.
0230 came back up with music
0235 clear ID

OK ... a little more music and a clear PPVR ID sequence. ... so both on at the same time.

Getting to be quite a mess here.

Mostly S6 here with S2 noise floor.  Static crashes to S6 so not bad copy.
Signal occasionally fades to S3.  Playing ACDC songs.  Announced jfarley, you're welcome.
Signal goes off between songs and is usually at a different strength when it returns -- possibly trying different antennas[??]

been reporting it all along in VAGINA RADIO THREAD...it came on right after them...finally id'd as L T O RADIO......S-9+20 in coastal NC....

PPVR started on top of LTO at about 0235, so I guess they could be reported together.

T!

PPVR was on well before 0120z....

i was just reporting on that thread until it properly ID'd as someone different/other than PPVR who might ahave come back on with different format....even tho it did sound like two diff shows/stations but at SAME STRENGTH here so,  no ID=no new thread....sory for confusion :-)

didn't mean to imply anything else....  :-)
