I have a fsint copy on them here as well. I think its Radio Totse.

Re-run the recording audio into your SSTV decoding app, manually trigger the start, then adjust the phase to center the image.
That's the only way I can decode weak SSTV like Totse.

Heard a faint signal @ 1030, but not good enough for an ID.

Weak to fair copy with some fading over decent noise levels.  Best reception for me was 10:05z-11:31z.

07:08z On with PSK31 tone
10:41z 'Archetype' - Fear Factory, great song!
12:25z can still hear faint traces of music, but pretty much faded out at this point.
