Horny Pirate ?? or what ?? Late posting
« on: August 08, 2009, 1425 UTC »
7-26-09   1747UTC   4818 .00   CW 400 Hz
Just about at the noise (QRN) level then very strong on S-7 peaks
This signal has CW characteristics, but sounds like a automobile horn with modulation.
Very interesting sound indeed. Note after about 7 cycles  heard is a “dit dit”
Is this a pirate or some form of data transmission???  :-\

TS870 65 ft wire
