Radio Taiwan test broadcast on July 6

I received an email in German from RTI with upcoming test announcement, then regular broadcasts.  I used software to translate. 

"Dear listeners,

Radio Taiwan International is planning to broadcast the German-language program from the transmitter in Tamsui again this year.
RTI will broadcast 10-minute test programs on Saturday, July 6th at the following times and frequencies:

Test broadcasts: on July 6, 2024 (Saturday)

11995 kHz (17:00-17:10 UTC)
9545 kHz (17:30-17:40 UTC)
7250 kHz (17:45-17:55 UTC)

We ask you to observe the test and report your reception observations to RTI: Email: deutsch@rti.org.tw

From the above 3 frequencies, 2 frequencies are selected for the direct broadcasts.

Official broadcast dates:

(Half an hour on one frequency 17:00-17:30 UTC, half an hour on the second frequency 17:30-18:00 UTC):

19.07. (Friday), July 20th (Saturday), July 21st (Sunday)
