Someone else came on over PRB. They seem to be on 6924.5, vs 6924.6 for PRB (I think I got them right). Playing Latin American music, the audio is cutting in and out. Quite a strong signal though, and wide audio, about +/- 10 kHz.

Off at 2030z.
