CGTN (ex CRI) owned by the Chinese uses a relay owned by the state telecom in another part of Mali.... I'm going to guess they refurbed Radio Nacional Mali's 5995 transmitter.. ive heard them qutie well here in Alaska recently, better then i ever have before
