That's very interesting. Usually if one sees a post like this, especially one stating that they copied a "huge signal," my skeptic meter hits the red. But your recording sounds very much like it could be SOH. That said, I can't entirely discount the likelihood that it's the CNR1 counter signal, but it doesn't sound like the typical programming I hear when I come across it.
