Yes. I doubt RNZ is going to use 500 kW though. The photo at RNZ shows standard looking towers rather than the beast WBCQ has. But maybe they'll be able to broadcast AM and DRM simultaneously all day, or multiple beams at one time? Nothing in the article or at RNZ's site says they plan on doing that but since they're committed to DRM it would make sense if they would.
