0052z Decent signal in NH, S7 - One calypso-sounding tune...

You nailed it hsmith, Louis Jordan And His Tympany Five - Run Joe (1948)

Switched to 6925 LSB - Some QRM from peskies there

0103z Connee Boswell - All Dressed With A Broken Heart
0109z Pause and then into Glen Grey - Smoke Rings
0111z Another pause... off it seems

Sounded good, come back with a full show sometime (and away from 6925 LSB)

S8 here at 0103z. Fightin' the pescadores and winning. Radio Casablanca-esque music is how I would describe it. 6925 lsb

Hello everyone,

as my first post in the Forum, I'd like to share with you recordings of what I had, in north-western Italy (R-71 and a K9AY loop) on 6925 LSB:

- at 1.29z (19th Oct 2013): https://app.box.com/s/nxozsevl9nzddidp0qpq
- at 1.48z (19th Oct 2013): https://app.box.com/s/ak2noy1ti0vegb4d7fhm

I have to say that, as you'll notice, signal wasn quite weak, but I'm sure it was LSB. What sounds "suspicious" to me is the absence of music in the format I received.

If it was the reception of my first North American pirate ever, I've to say to be a bit frustrated because it remained unid, and I would have loved to submit a report to the station!

Anyways, I look forward to your advice on what I heard. Others files, on the 6933 LSB thread.

Ciao,
Chris
