2323 OM talking "O Happy Day (?)"
2324 "Be My Baby" The Ronettes, reception improving as we hit local sunset at 2345
2326 OM briefly talks - music clear, OM speaking not so much

Heard this since around 2300 UTC in the background of the Brain Brothers program. Solid now since Brain Brothers sign off

Sounds like a peskie playing DJ! Hmmm...maybe European or South American?
