Dance pop and hip-hop. It is QRM on CH38 LSB, but it does have wide modulation with good bass. KiwiSDR 2 and 148' loop-on-ground.

2319z - "Yeah" - Usher
2322z - "Push It" - Salt-N-Pepa

That is "triple X" out of Texas, he runs a flex radio. I've seen him 9.999K wide.
