2213 - I'm hearing rap music. Signal is S3 into the Fahnestock State Park campgrounds in Putnam Valley NY. Using a Malahit DSP2 and vertical antenna to receive your signal.

Tuned in at 2312 on Barrington Hills IL sdr with very weak S3 signal, hear hard rock or rap music under noise,
