Nice, actually catching audio on the 25.950 MHz STL signal is pretty awesome.  Did you managed to pull a PL tone (CTCSS tone) off it?  I believe during the last sunspot cycle peak (when there seemed to be audio on 25950 FM nearly all the time), they were using 85.4 Hz (it may have been 82.5 Hz or 88.5 Hz).  I know that at that point, 25.910 MHz FM and 25.990 MHz FM were both also on very often.  25910 FM and 25990 FM current status is unknown.

I heard the usual unmodulated FM carrier yesterday 03 September 2024 coming in pretty strong, almost totally quieting my receivers in FM mode (handheld scanners with telescopic CB walkie talkie antennas) at points.  WWV on 25.000 MHz was full scale at the same time.
