0019 - mentions of 'worldwide' in English
0022 - someone said 'Welcome H.F.U.'

Just tuned in to a few people talking at once. Mic audio sounds a bit distorted. VG signal. Mostly sounds like a QSO, but not like typical pescadores. Wonder if the "Welcome HFU" was from any of these people or if a pirate said it?
