-  At first I thought it was probably return of Wave Music Radio, but sound and program similar
  to Radio Rossii, which is silent today on 6850 AM.
  MWR has been silent for days, has RR taken over its operations?
  Both stations use the same historical Russian recordings - I bet it's RR though!
