Fair to decent signal.  Someone repeating the same ID/test announcement every 1min & 10secs.

22:48z can hear some kind of ID (something about a telegraph station BZT) underneath TCBS's SSTV.
23:06z just heard ID again & someone else came on mentioning "..oh boy, sounds like the CIA.."  TCBS moved to 6955
23:11z 'telegraph station' still calling
23:13z ID again
23:15z station saying he's located in Nicaragua
23:16z "..this is a test broadcast of tropical telegraph station BZT located in (?) Nicaragua.."
23:23z signal improving
23:30z "..This is a test & tuning signal of tropical radio and telegraph station BZT located in Bluefields, Nicaragua.."
23:44z UTE just kicked on
23:49z ID
23:55z UTE off
23:57z clear ID/announcement

01:03z either faded out or stopped transmitting

01:07z Godzilla Radio just came on the frequency

I hear it too, over here in Ridgewood Queens. Faint audio but clearly heard “this is a test…” on my Tecsun PL 990.

2307 UTC OM said something about "Oh boy...the CIA"...speech is very low

I was listening to this, but at the time wasn't sure if it part of the music and sstv station, or a different station. My post above was from the Thunder Chicken thread!
