GREENSLEEVES NUMBERS 6960 USB 1400 UTC 10 SEP 2024

Is this a fake numbers station with 'Greensleeves' startup music and then numbers that seem to be between 0 and 25? It has a weird high-pitched voice. I heard it earlier today on the same frequency.

Started at 1400z exactly

1410z: still going with numbers

1412z: repeat read twice - then numbers again

1422z: end message end message

does seem off the air
