SINPO=45454 (getting a little noisier with some pesky QRM, as transmission progresses).

006- Greensleeves, piano (by Sheet Music Boss), repeating.
006- YL synth voice, "Begin message...Begin Message," and then a series of repeating numbers, five at a time (0 to 25).
017- YL synth voice, "Repeat...Repeat," and numbers resume.

Sounds like The Molvanian Secret Police in action, to me. Either that, or Powerball.

Yankee Running Dog, I think you mean "Czar Fifty-Four." Enough with the misappropriation of The People's culture!
