Yes, they called in former SU area as "sharmantcziki na trojke":)  Sometimes I can hear their second harmonics above 6200 kHz.

   You are right, their strong "sharmans" sometimes have sloppy filtering and you can hear their second harmonic in the 6200-6300 band. They work widely with ugly AM modulation.
I was surprised some time ago who is jamming this band and I verified them in the FB "trojka" band.
