0233 UTC: Fair amount of fading, but easily audible rock/industrial music heard.
0237 UTC: Sounds like a synthetic male voice talking; not really at an understandable level out west here, then more music, including "Rubber Glove Seduction" by Chris Connelly.
0249 UTC: Sounds like a mix of talking, then "Psychoburbia" by Dance or Die.
0256 UTC: Off?

** Now listening on 6960 AM both directly here near Seattle and via the Northern Utah SDR. The signal's very good and clear via the SDR. Here, near Seattle, it's fading in and out at a poor to fair audio level. **

P.S.: I was sitting here a moment ago with my big Eton Elite Field across the room still on 6960, and suddenly the faint audio faded in really well and I could clearly hear the synth voice male and female announcements at 0352 UTC, followed by "Nsk" by Laibach, and then the signal signed off.
