Hi all, just reading the udxf mail list and came across this.
> 8000.3 --- : unid channel marker 05:41 A1A/CW Channel marker 140 mS puls
> followed by 9 short 10 mS pulses every 40 mS (16 Aug)(PPA)

There is a pirate CW marker QRPP beacon in the on that channel

I'm not sure about the format, but I think it transmits a single morse
letter S ??
