Was listening to it for a while, then went up to 6930.  Came back at 0109 and it was gone.

About an S5 at the noise floor.  Conditions seem kind of poor tonight on 6 MHz.
-Listening in NW Ohio-
Icom R8500 on a 260' longwire // Icom R-71A
RTLSDR dongle and a Ham-It-Up upconverter through a Stridsberg multicoupler
...and a bunch of FM stuff.

Recorder catch:

6925 USB

Fair signal with some fading over decent noise conditions - same details as others.

SDR recording catch, came on at 0058, right after Twangy Radio.
0058 Laughing, "This WAHR Automated Halloween Radio", more laughing, ID again. Repeated a few times. "I am your host... ", missed her name. Synthesized YL voice.
0059 "Now some scary music", and into Woody Herman and His Orchestra "Who Dat Up There?"
0102 YL ID, "And now some more scary music", into "Hillbillies In A Haunted House"
0107 ID
0108 Various electronic sound effects.
0109 Off? Seems so.
