Fair reception, high noise floor.
2259 Several sets of numbers with phrase "Radio Contose (?). All those listening out there, I have the eye in the sky"
2326 OM talking "We can't go outside because we have no clothes. The car won't start without a battery.  Can I please go outside and climb the tree?"

2308 UTC OM with "Radio Count God knows all who is listening out there...I have the eye in the sky"  8) and numbers spoken looped. Sounds like an off air comms recording of audio clips. I have this as USB and not AM.
2323 UTC Pause, then a repeated midi note
2324 UTC OFF or pause
2325 UTC OM speaking now...something about "cat is not happy...there are rats under the cabinet...can't go outside because we have no clothes...the car won't start without a battery...it's not time for the vet to show up yet...Why is that man knocking on our back door...can I please go outside and climb a tree...the milk is spoiled...the mailman is not delivering the mail on time...don't take the television outside again because it's raining...eleven six fifteen and thirty three seventeen zero break...thirty five sixteen break.
(The above is approximate...best I can do! Sorry, but I wasn't paying attention to the QRT time)

Now that was some genuine 43 meter weirdness...I love it!  8)
Here's my recording from 2308-2324 UTC:

Edit: Saw Chris Smol's post this morning and listened back closely and I was mistaken...the OM is saying "Radio God" and not "Radio Count"...that makes more sense too! Oh well.....I've changed the title  :)

SDR recording catch. Heard from 2238 with test counts, then 2242 sign on with music. Then the OM starting speaking around 2256. I am pretty sure he's saying "Radio God knows all who is listening out there, I have the eye in the sky".
Off at 2337, back on 1744. Now it sounds like Radio Count, not Radio God. Lost under UTE QRM at 2346.

Recording sounds more like Radio God than Radio Count to me!
Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

Strong copy near Chicago
After previous message sequence, starts with new message/numbers
Have to go to the doctors office
Why is the radio not connected
Etc
Concluding with statement the subject is changed… with ID this is Radio Count (God) followed by in band marker tone, sign off

Reminded me of the EIM messages from Air Force bases on 8MHz band

Copied on Racal 6790/GM receiver
