Seems like snippets of audio---various genres. Not super strong here, but steady. 0021.

Long breaks between cuts.

Also copying here in the Boston burbs. Didn't start strong but improved dramatically. Various radio broadcast audio talk bits and jingles. Propagation brought it up or the op cranked the power/audio around 0031 UTC (10/29). There might be various Windows PC chimes mixed -- makes me think op is messing with the audio.

Update: Very clear RTE 2FM (Ireland) ID at 0034 UTC. S9+10 at this time.

Note to op: right click sound/speaker icon in lower right hand task bar. Select "Sounds". In Sound Scheme drop-down select "No Sounds".  ;)

Recorder catch:

6925 USB

Signal ranged from fair to good with low noise conditions - same details as others.  Like Beerus mentioned, can hear the RTE 2FM ID at 00:34z.

Audio (00:16z-00:54z): https://archive.org/download/ShortwaveOddsSodsTransmissions2/Unid_pirate6925Usb0016z-0054z10-29-13.mp3

Thanks! :)
