SDR recording catch. Carrier came up at 0303. Audio a minute or so later. ID heard, could not make out anything other than the word "radio". gmail address, happy halloween.
Aha, I think it is Witch City Radio: witchcityradio@gmail.com
Cackling witch then heard for a few minutes, and another ID at 0308 and then into a song: "Dracula" by Lucky Dube.
0313 Bubbling cauldron sounds, ID. Then what sounded like Vincent Price? I heard some mentions of vampires.
0319 ID, announcer gave his name, the first name sounded like Ralph, I could not make out the second name.
Then into Alice Cooper "Welcome to My Nightmare"
0323 Cackling witch, ID, said broadcasting from Salem Massachusetts, home of the witch trials. Then into another story narrated by an OM.
Off at 0338.

The signal started to improve around 0312z, and there was a nice peak 0320-0324z.
