Mystery 21 On Air with a great signal 9+20dB
switch between 4895 and 4875 and 4870.
Sometimes the transmission is off and then on again.
It looks like they're testing something!

Is this what's now on 4895 (0035 UTC 16 OCT 2024), super loud on Arvika, Sweden SDR? "Welcome to our frequency" ID as Mystery 21 @0040 with email for reception reports.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
