0152 Man apparently telling a story.  Into instrumental music.  0210 PSA about police emergency, into emergency tones and another PSA, tones, alert message "for this emergency situation" into more instrumental music.

Weak signal making understanding the story difficult.  Better signal after 0210, S6

0220z - "Thriller" remix. SIO 233-ish. ~S3 via Web-888 SDR and 30' inverted delta loop with preamp. Generally listenable with some fades and static crashing.
