Greensleeves 6960 USB 2206 UTC 24 OCT 2024

Strange, but someone reading numbers typical of a numbers station but sounds like a computer and its in english.
Example: 19, 17, 11, 16, 0, 11.....etc....
This is typically a frequency used by pirates so posting it here as I suspect it is one.

2221 YL with series of numbers ranging from 0 to 25, I'm thinking this might correspond to alphabet
2224 YL "______ message, _________ message" then off
