2158 UTC: Via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR: fair signal with moderate to high noise ... New Era" by Yotto & Stephan Jolk.
2202 UTC: Switched to the Atwater, Ohio, SDR, which has much better signal and audio. "The Worship (Patrice Baumel Extended Remix)" by AVIRA & Diana Miro.
2205 UTC: ID of Radio Free ? (couldn't catch the final word), then off.

2205 - sounded like "Radio Free Euphoria" or "..Euphonia" (if that's a word). Repeated again in a sped up computer voice. Then TX off.

SINPO 43443 on an SDR in New England. Obviously I'm completely unsure of the ID.

I completely agree it sounded like one of those words or a similar one. The sped-up version didn't provide any help in clarifying the ID!
