The usual barely audible voice, ranting about Christianity, Judaism and ties it together with Yahweh, if I'm "understanding" him "correctly".
SINPO 34331 on the W0AY SDR in Montana. The Overall = 1 because I can barely make out what he is saying, despite an S9 carrier.
