33233 in Mandarin/Chinese (?) dialect.   Strange to get something on 13920 at 09:29  CST local.   2 males dialogue.  Frequency sources indicate Sound of Hope out of Taiwan but an SOH  logging is always suspect.  Still steady @ 14:39 but still no ID.

ICOM R75 / WV-601 passive loop masted @ 20 feet.
