on 6090, 10 kHz wide channel
0900 strong long bursts of DRM signal, s=disturbing 20 kHz wide channel
the decoder on a Kiwi-SDR gives :
AAC (1000) TDF DRM EEP Data 80.08 kbps

That data transmission is not broadcasting, in the middle of an exclusive band for broadcasting

0921 On Wessex SDR tx is in French from TDF on DRM
