I saw this pass on by on my 43 mb waterfall.

Checking my SDR recording:
2218 Music until 2220, then off
2306 Back on again, same song as before
2308 Off
0001 Back on with the same music
0003 Off
0006 Back on with USAA insurance advertisement, then off
0024 OM speaking, very weak
0026 Better now, talking about suppression of information about the origins of COVID
0028 Off mid sentence
0029 Back on, then off
0040 Back on, very weak, OM(s?) speaking
0045 Off
